Athletes will not be required to be from the same gym.
All Athletes must be at or over the age of 16 as of 10/07/2024
Athletes under 18 years of age will require a minor waiver signed by a legal guardian.

Rampage on the Ridge 10 registration will be capped at 40 teams (20 Rx’d/20 Scaled).

ROR10 JUDGES: There will be three Judge’s Clinics between now and the opening night of competition – all those participating as a judge at ROR10 must plan on attending AT LEAST ONE of the following scheduled meetings:

Anyone who keeps up with The CrossFit Games through what used to be Regionals (now Sanctioned Events) knows first-hand the tremendous amount of logistics and manpower associated with putting on competitions. Although Rampage on the Ridge is a tiny fraction of The CrossFit Game's size, our desire is no less great to create a properly planned, highly organized, and well-oiled machine. Each year, this is completely made possible by the selfless efforts of those who Judge and Volunteer their time and energy at ROR.
